The 9 Situations

The 9 Situations

The 9 Situations are those transformational and challenging environments or scenarios that many organisations face

Like our logo, the familiar can also morph into something quite different from what we’ve known – or may need to – and may require a different approach

We can help identify, prepare for and mentor change to achieve successful outcomes – regardless of which of The 9 Situations is being faced

WHAT WE OFFER

The 9 Situations’ goal is to work with organisations looking to secure significant growth, change or transformation ambitions.  We have several ways of approaching this, but one goal for the client – highly successful outcomes

We help our clients deliver their strategic goals because we have considerable experience of having delivered them in our own corporate careers. We find a combination of business performance mentoring and executive coaching to be a very effective one. The latter is delivered though our Coaching Alchemy programmes. As you would expect we engage a number of highly qualified, experienced and successful Associate coaches to work with us and many have a specific field of accreditation including Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Unconscious Bias, amongst others

Another specialism is the creation of leadership diversity programmes particularly around increasing female representation at the senior leadership levels

We also recognise that success today is predicated on understanding the metrics of what makes the business successful or not, and we have some truly innovative ways of helping organisations achieve this through our Predictive Analytics for Performance suite, led by Ian Stobie, Director
