Jan Floyd-Douglass, FInstLM has pioneered and led women’s leadership development programmes for over 25 years during her career in senior leadership roles in banking, financial services and consultancy sectors

She uses her experience relating to the development and implementation of corporate gender equality strategies to work with organisations to plan, realise and evaluate their goals and strategies related to increasing female leadership participation

In addition, she builds and delivers training and coaching based initiatives aimed at retaining female leaders and developing high potential women. These include training modules and workshops around the following series of topics:
